Hi Ankur,
U can use the word "CHARTERED" in the name of co. (either private / public) ...
In my opinion, there are no specific requirements to be fulfilled for using it except it should not be identical with the existing one
(ref. - guidelines issued by MCA on same, where there were no specific capital requirements for using word "CHARTERED")

There are many companies with the name Chartered as the first word. Moreover, there is no authorised capital requirement for the word chartered.
