Yes,... But u should prefferably use blue only....
And use one coloured pen only throughout ur marksheet

Exams can be written in black or blue pen. it is also written in the explanatory sheet received with the roll no.!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
use only blue-blank ink pen to write ur xams (blue ball pen)
Only bule-black pen to write ur exams
