04 November 2021One is gainfully employed in UK and files tax return there. He earns from freelance in USA but no tax is deducted at source. He remits this income to India's NRE, NRO account. What ITR form is required? Please guide on taxation rate also.

The tax-ability in India is based on income earned &/or accrued in India, along with his resident-ship.
If he is resident of UK , and not earning in India; his remittance in India would not be liable to any tax in India.
