26 March 2009please help by replying to my queries..
in case of a salaried employee whether the assessee can claim exemotion or deduction in respect to interest on car loans..
the assesse pays house rent and is not in receipt of HRA,whether he is eligble for any deduction regarding rent

a salaried employee cannot claim for int. on car loan and for paying rent he gets deduction u/s 80gg as he is not receiving hra....if anything wrong which i said above kindly do oblige....
