hello friends. i am a ca article student. institute recommend us for 35 hours work per week. my office starts from 10 to 6 for 5 days and 4 hours in friday.
I want to join bcom evening classes and the classes starts at 5:45 in the evening. so the timing are overlapping. From normal calculation, you can say i work 44 hours a week. can i show the office timing from 10 to 5? cause if i am permitted to show timing of 10 to 5 thenalso my working hours per wek will be 39 hours. would it be admissible by ICAI?
