do you have the PAN number of that person?? it would be little easier to find the ward.

it is showing as "ADIT/DDIT(EXE-IV) CHENNAI" i.e. Exemptions Range,Chennai.....
DLC.. CA... 201... 4 (area code... AO type... range code.. AO no.)
