There are two different defects which has occured while filing form 2....the form 2 is filed and approved as well.. and the master data is updated as well...following are the two cases which involves mistakes:
1) Authorized capital of the company is 50 laks and paid up capital as on 31.03.2010 was 25 laks..allotment was made on 1st april, 2010 of 15000 shares of rs. 10 withj the premium of rs. 90.. so in the paid up issed and subscribed break up columns in FORM 2 it will cum 265000(250000+15000) but in that it was ritten wrongly as 400000 (250000+150000) which is rong and master data is showing 40 00 000 bkoz in Form 2 it was filled 40 00 000... HOW TO RECTIFY THIS??
2) IN THE SECOND CASE the msitake is that 1500 00 shares are issued without premium so the paid up as per will be 400000(250000+150000) shares * 10=40 laks ...but in the allotment table and in the lsit of allottees it is mentioned 15000 shares of rs. 10 with premium of Rs 90.....HOW TO RECTIFY THSI MISTAKE???
IT IS VERY URGENT,,PLEASE GUIDE ME AS TO WAT TO DO IN BOTH THE ABOVE CASES.....
