31 March 2014Company Providing the AMC and Bandwidtth services to railway has these services charges to Services tax. And if that company is 100% subsidiary of railway then applicability of tax same or not??
Plz share with me the notification regarding this case.

The services provided by above said company is neither in negative list u/s 66D nor exempt under notification 25/2012. Therefore taxable.
