Can anybody give me link for the Circular No 6 of 1991 dated 04-05-1993 relating to ROC filing not to be taken on record if the Management of the Company is in Dispute.
Kindly consider same as urgent.

I could find the circular no. 19/2011 dt. 02/05/2011 which allows Registrar to mark a co. as Management Dispute and after marking whatever documents are submitted to Registrar does not get processed.
