Deductee has a lower deduction certificate & accordingly TDS was deducted at a lower rate. However while filling the return, We forgot to tick the Option of Certificate issued by ITO. Hence Default of Short deduction has been generated for the same.
I have downloaded the consolidated Statement to rectify the same, But RPU doesnot allow me to change the Remark.
So Can anyone tell me the Procedure after this. Is there any need to file TDS Revised Return, If Any , How ?
& If no tds Revised return to be done then Shall we Communicate with Concern ITO.
