I need some help from You,

I need to form a GROUP Like Tata Birla group (i.e. Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Etc.)

Then Please tell me that

I must to register all companies to form a grroup

or

i hav any option to register only Group (i.e. Unique Regd.) for all companies
