Hello frnz & experts 

My friend recently passed the group one exams of ipcc nov 2012.. and he has also registered for the group 2 of may 2013.. but now he wants to surrender that group two registration and want to apply freshly for both the groups..!! According to me the post has not yet reached the icai delhi office..!! so i would like to knoe if any procedure is der to reapply freashly for both the groups..?? Please reply ASAP as the last date is 27th..:(
