I have filed IT return for A.Y. 10-11 on 24.06.2011 but i have given wrong figures in balancesheet whether can i rectify B/S U/s 154.

You can file revised return under section 139(5) of Inscome tax act.
Time for filing revised return:
one year from end of relevant assesment year
or
before completion of assessment
Whichever is earlier.
Therefore you can rectify your return within that period.
