urgent -RBI
the company was Incorporated in mid May. first board meeting was on may 30. without receipt of subscripttion money we allotted shares . we have now received in August the subscripttion money. how do I file advance remittance form and form FCGPR.

I suggest you should try to file the forms along with a signed clarification from company as well as foreign entity explaining your situation. They may consider it.
