Till date no guideline/announcement of such sort is issued by insti,bt it requirs CAs to b wel versed in secretarial compliances so that they advice clients to comply wid compnies act. So as in old course,new course wil also demand its atentn in exam. Morevr jun 09 exam nd odr previus new xams,draftng is askd.
