A acquired 80% shares of B on 31.3.08. Dividend for 06-07 was paid in in cy 07-08. Will the proportionate div for 80% be deducted while calculating cost of control?

dividend was paid even before date of acquisition of control i.e during the year 07-08. so A would have not received that dividend at all na
