Is it okay if I put a different correspondence address on my exam form? Also I've given all my previous exams from Nagpur centre, but I want to write this exam from Pune centre. I want to know if I should provide a proof of the changed address and exam centre.

Hello,
you can select any examination center in india without providing any proof. There is no problem.
