I have registered for CS course in aug 2013 but till now i havent completed my SIP training yet.I will be appearing my executive program in june 2014. So would there be any sort of problem ?

Try completing SIP before june 2014 i.e before you appear for the exams
There will be no problems. I cleared my Executive without doing SIP. What I did was to go to and register for SIP by paying Rs 1000. And then in my exam form I selected "undergoing SIP". That's it.
