Is preliminary exps, share issue exps are transfered to amalgamated co. in case of amalgamation in nature of purchase ???

Yes its a nature of Purchase in the case of Amalgamation.

But in the ca ipcc accounts 1 practice manual .(refer question 8 , page 6.20 .see balance sheet of B ltd.) . they have not transfered share issue expenses to the balance sheet of purchasing co. B ltd.

Sir can any body have a LLP accounts format Balance Sheet & P&L  to clsoe the LLP urgent require
