When is ipcc may exams going to b held? is it in may itself or is it in june?

Wait for institute notifications in this matter and prepare as if examinations are goin to held in may only. If exams get postponed u'll get additional time for revision.

Yes, what ever others say is just rumor, don't give heed to it. Until ICAI makes an announcement about examination schedule, rest all is bogus. Have patience and continue with your preparation. Let the government get dissolved and the EC declare election dates, only after that the institute can decide on conducting of the examination.
