URGENT QUERY
i am a PCC student undergoing articleship.i am also doing my b.com. regularly. our employer is saying that DO YOUR B.COM.THRPUGH CORRESPONDENCE OR TERMINATE ARTICLESHIP. I CAN'T DROP B.COM. AS IT IS MY FINAL YEAR. HE IS GIVING ME TERMINATION THAT'S WHY COMPLETING MY 15 MONTHS OF TRAINING AS ON 31-8-2008. WHAT SHOULD I DO? IS THERE ANY WAY OUT / AM I ELIGIBLE FOR MAY2009 ATTEMPT WITH MY 15 MONTHS TRAINING AND THEREAFTER TERMINATED? IF ANY CA IS READY TO GIVE TRAINING WITH MY B.COM. REGULAR? WHAT SHOULD HE SHOW IN THE NEW DEED OF ARTICLES WHERE THERE IS A COLUMN FOR TIMINGS?

actually i have a plot in dda but now i want to sell it here a face a problem,i got allotment in 2002 and got a possession in 2006. but now what indexation take for the purpose of capital gain i e 2002 or 2006.
2002 because the indexation must be done from the year of purchase or allotment as the case may be indexation has nothing to do with actual possession.
