for Law Jayaram Sir book is very very useful ....if u ealier attended sir classes
otherwise Munish bhandari okay ..
but if u have interest in reading Jayaram sir book it gives more information about companies act
with 1 week prep. u can get exemption (provided ur presentation change ur marks )

I got 45 in last attempt......and what about ethics and communication will it be enough if i refer jayraman sir book for same....I had attended his class in aug 2009 so now same book will be applicable..

Dear anchal ...
Law only a Subject der but Ethics and communication is most practical and real ..
so it need not require any books .....so feel free to learn from articles
how to manage .....what should do as well as wat shouldn't do u must learn practically
coming to these ethics and communication watever u thinks is mostly correct ... a little bit only may goes wrong
u have to attempt for 40 marks surely whether u know or not ..watever u know about that u attempt dear
coming to law i already posted..
if u want to learn ethics from books ....as ur wish for that purpose institute's book is more enough
