In what name would be the draft for final registration be made if we are registring in delhi?

All Drafts are made in the name of
"The Secretary, Institute of Chartered Accountant of India "

is dere any prob..if the draft for final registration will be made on the institute of chareterd accountants of india ..not using the words of secretary....
