URGENT PLEASE HELP ME :-Free allowance while coming from abroad

My uncle is going to USA and he will come back to INDIA after staying there for approx 45 days. Now my question is what is the maximum amount valued goods will be exempt from custom duty and other than this exemption limit whether he can bring with us a mobile phone or not ??????

 

also there is one laptop is exempt other than the original one ???? if cell is being used in USA after buying Will this also exempt or not ..??? 

 

if possible then please provide me the list of benefits .

USA / Canada

First Class and Executive Class : 2 Pc. / 32 Kgs. Each

The sum of the 3 dimensions (length + breadth + height) must not exceed 62 inches or 158 centimeters for each piece.

The maximum weight permissible for a single piece of baggage is 32 kgs. or 70 pounds.

Economy Class 2 Pc. / 23 Kgs. Each

The sum of the 3 dimensions (length + breadth + height) of both must not exceed 107 inches. Moreover the linear dimension of each piece should not exceed 62 inches.

The weight of each bag must not exceed 50 pounds or 23 Kilos.

Infants in all classes 1 Pc 10 kg/ 22 lb.

The sum of the 3 dimensions (length + breadth + height) must not exceed 45 inches or 115 centimeters. In addition they are entitled to 1 collapsible stroller/carrycot/infant car seat subject to availability of space.

Note

Piece concept is not Applicable on Flights operated by Beech craft & ATR Aircraft and on class of travel U,T & S.

The following items will be considered as part of your checked in baggage allowance and must not exceed 62 inches or 158 centimeters - sleeping bag or bedroll/rucksack/knapsack/back-pack/fishing kit/sporting arms/snow-skis/water skis/golfing kit/fishing kit/wheelchair or assistive devices that the passenger is dependant upon.

Child fares are entitled to the same baggage allowance as adults.

Incapacitated passengers may carry one wheelchair or other assistive devices.

Executive Class 30 Kgs. (66 lbs)
Economy Class 20 Kgs. (44 lbs)

Infants not entitled to a seat are allowed one checked baggage or carry-on fully collapsible stroller or pushchair, or an infant's carrying basket that may be carried in the passenger cabin, subject to availability of space.

Musical instruments will be permitted as part of checked-in baggage only.
