Hey friends how can I search our company directors name on mca website?

thanks buddy could u also tell me that how can I know that how many shares held by director in each company by their DIN?

I think, for that you have to pay to MCA and you must have MCA User Account....

Company's latest annual return will reflect the share holding as on the date of Annual return. MCA do not provide for any facility of veiwing the number of shares held by directors.

You can check the same from your own minutes and form 2s

If your Company is a listed Company then you can see the sharholding pattern from the site of BSE and NSE.

If not listed then through online inspection of Annual Return from mca by paying nominal fees.

However to reiterate pls note that on MCA site details of shareholder s are not as on date of inspection. It is as on the date of latest annual general meeting.
