Check out the remuneration offered.. At times what happens is you are paid salary as employee in reality but in books you are partner. TDS is borne by firm.
If he is offering same status as himself, it a good option, else you need to think

It depends on your relation with your boss.If u have a fairly good and if u believe being a partner in that firm u can have a good carerr u can go further.

it will depend on case to case....
if u hav good respect in your office u can join...but if u were normal assistant in office u will hardly get a respect of a partner......join only if u r among cream in ur artileship...

This partnership is depends on different person to person and mainly ny different BOSSES.
If you like work of ur boss then you can admit as partner otherwise vise-versa. It depends on your and your boss's relationship...
