One proprietorship firm has deducted tds of company on contract and deposit the same to government but the turnover of previous year was not audit able so what shall we do in this case..?

file the return for TDS decuted and issue TDS certificate, its worth ignorance.

After issuing the Form 16A (TDS Certificate), the Deductee Company can claim the TDS in their IT Return.
