Can any one help out me..???

I had a friend working as an article assistant under an auditor..!!

He was fell ill(Spinal Cord- Disc displacement) and took bed rest for 6 months.

Now, he has his PCC attempt in May-2011 and his employer is not signing on his examination application talking very rude to my friend's  parents and also himself..!!

Please direct him the way to be chosen now..!!

Is it possible to make it legal issue??

As you all know there is only 5days more to submit the examination application..!!!

Please sugggest the way..!!
