My friend joined for article training on march'2008. Genarally her article period completed 23 months as on1-2-2010 but excluding holidays she was completed only 12 months of article training now she want apper to may 2010 PCC exams can she elgible to appear may-2010 exams. The minimu article training period should be complete for appear exams is 15months on or before 1-2-2010 prescribed by ICAI. Is the period including leaves or excluding leaves. however the above person has been applied for termination on october 2009 and from onwards she could not continue at her old employer and continues her article period at other ICAI member But the termination of articles rejected by ICAI on january 2010 but Un officially it was accepted by ICAI on february 2010. Now from which employer she should be sing her exam form. As per examination form it says signature of the ICAI Member with member ship no not the employer except for certifing of article period for hard for of exam form for online form it says Signature of the ICAI member with member ship no then can we sing our exam form at any ICAI Member.
