I have one Practical problem of payment of stamp duty and form-5. One of our client company's form-5 uploaded on MCA Portal and offline challan was generated for ROC Fees and stamp duty payment..but due to some problem. ROC fees could not be paid and only stamp duty could be paid. After the expiration of the challan for ROC Fees, I filed again Form-5 for payment of ROC fees and only ROC fees was paid and the stamp duty challan was not paid. We had sent the original stamp duty paid challan while sending the payment of ROC fees payment challan generated while filing Form-5 second time.Now the status of Form-5 is not showing appoval.
How to get the form approved??
