Hello ,

 

      As the service tax is applicable on cash less services provided to the patients where in the hospital are required to collect the service tax from patients and deposit the same within the specified period.and where in the TPA would reimburse the same.

Question-!.Can the Hospital claim the Cenvat Credit?

 2.Can hospital claim the cenvat credit on capital goods purchased by and from when ?
