Urgent.. Ipcc exam registration
my friend completed 9 months of articleship and decided to terminate. He has not joined anywhere else. While uploading certificate of service at exam registration time, former principal is hesitant to sign it. How should we proceed?

u have to join articleship first then fill exam form
