Hi,

Iam working in Customs House Agent Company. We are laying Service Tax on our Services (Documentation). But we are not imposing Service Tax on Central Ware Housing Charges, Concor Charges, Handling Charges, Etc., But we take the Input Service Tax above Charges. Is it Correct process.

It is Urgent.

Your parctice is not correct. When you are taking service tax on input service, your output service shall include the gross amount of warehousing charges and all other charges.
