Dear All,
It is just application of the income which is the income of the employees and taxable in the hands of the employees. So, employer will compute TDS on the gross earning side and will show this contribution as deduction from salary which will have no impact on the TDS calculation.
The receipt in the hands of the family of deceased employees will be tax free.
