plz help me out IF THERE IS AADITIONAL CUSTOM DUTY CHARGED BY CUSTOM HOUSE AND IS NOT AVAILED. CAN IT BE AVAILED AGANST VAT OR CST.

I think Sales tax and Excise Duty are differ, So we cant get benifits from excise duty which is paid extra........
