urgent help required regarding 44AD

we filed a return of our client under sec 44AD but IT dept have issued notice saying we are covered under sec 44ADA since our clients have deducted our tds under sec 194J and are asking us to report 50% as our business income instead of 6%.

kindly provide us the solution for this???
