we filed a return of our client under sec 44AD but IT dept have issued notice saying we are covered under sec 44ADA since our clients have deducted our tds under sec 194J and are asking us to report 50% as our business income instead of 6%.
kindly provide us the solution for this???

As per Your TDS deduction (194J - Professional / Technical Services) You file u/s 44ada and Profit will be shown 50%...

please mention perfect nature of business or verify with the list of professional as per it rules. Then decide business or profession.
