Gross Salary Or Payable Salary (NET)

For PF basic + d.a.
and for ESIC gross salary

For P. F.. gross salary plus Dearness Alllowance... for ESIC gross salary..

suppose
Appointed Salary Is 43000
Basic + D.a.(Gross) 28667
Gross Salary 43000
Payable Basic + D.a. 25000 (After Leave )
Then which amount I have to consider fro PF & ESIC.
