Hello Everyone,
If being a NBFC I have Rs. 9 Crores as Service tax credit. can I take full credit in TRAN 1 as a bank or only 50% will be allowed??
credit related to only Banking services will be allowed or others like security agency, manpower etc. will also be allowed??
Kindly help urgently!!!

Being NBFC I have credit of Rs. 9 Crores which is generating from various services like banking, service agency, manpower etc. My query was that can I claim credit of all services as ITC @ 50% or only banking related will be allowed??

whatever balance outstanding as on 30.06.17 is carried forward in GST as CGST by filing TRAN-1.
But the credit can be or must be used in furtherance of business.
