2) BOD Meeting date - 06/09/2010
3) Minutes date - within 30 days of AGM

1) Date of Notice for AGM __ Any date before 5th September. To be a safer side take the date as 1st sept. or any date in August.
2) BOD Meeting date ___Generally AGM date n venue is fixed and notice is send at the same day. So you can take the date as the date u take in point 1. or u can hold BM and issue notice one or two days after BM.
3) Minutes date ___ There is no date fixed for making minutes. Minutes should be signed at the next BM. You can make minutes at your convenience and get that signed by the next BM.

Date of Notice of AGM- Min 14days notice has to be given-so 14.09.2010
BOD meeting- this has to be before AGM- 26.08.2010
Minutes of AGM-06.10.2010
Not sure.get it confirmed....

Dear Shridhi,
Please read the below as the minutes should be signed within 30 days as per Sec 193 of Companies Act, 1956
193. Minutes of proceedings of general meetings and of Board and other
meetings.—1[(1) Every company shall cause minutes of all proceedings of every
general meeting and of all proceedings of every meeting of its Board of directors
or of every committee of the Board, to be kept by making within thirty days of
the conclusion of every such meeting concerned, entries thereof in books kept for
that purpose with their pages consecutively numbered.

Shridhi Jain's post is regarding minutes of the board meeting. According to the provisions of sec 193 minutes has to be made within 30 days but it is confirmed & signed in the next BM. So as far as the practical application is concerned minutes can be made at the convenience of the company before the next BM.
