i want to know tht is it necessary to write the full question of objectives in the answer sheet like of comments type question ,fill up, true or false etc or directly writing the answer with proper question number is sufficient in cwa exam

Not compulsory hence, need not to write full descripttion of questions, why not you used suggested answer pattent ? where answer of question number is only sufficent.
