Dear OM SHARMA,
The rate depends on the length of the Cigarette, If you can clarify the same we can decide the rate:
For Example:
Highest Rate of GST on Cigarette is 28%+36% Cess+ 4170( per 1000 Cigarette)
Assume you sold 10 cigarette sticks applicable at the highest rate and per cigarette costs 100 Rs. then GST would be
10 Cigarette Sale Price ( 10* Rs. 100) = 1000
CGST and SGST or IGST = Rs. 280
CESS= Rs.401.7 ( 1000*36%+ 41.7)
