HE/SHE CAN JOIN FOR PCC / IPCC HE ALREADY DONE ARTICLES HE MAY GET EXEMPTION...JUST FIND FROM ICAI.......

HOW WE HAD CPT ARTICLES AND PCC, THAT TIME IT WAS FOUNDATION ARTICLES AND INTER....LATER THEY CHANGED AFTER INTER ARTICLES......
