No need. If you are going to appear for this Nov2013 then i would advise you  not to waste ur time by doing it right now. Do it after ur exams but before getting the results !

Before joining Articleship ur IT/OT needs to be completed...

if exam is in nov 13 than go for exam after exams go for IT

No it is not necessary to  do itt and orientation programme before exams..u can do them after exams but before joining articleship.
