Can you please elucidate the provisions regarding WCT under Punjab Vat? What is the criteria for segregation of material and labour part of the bill, as recognized by Punjab VAT? Do we have to deduct WCT even if Contractor raised separate bill for material charging VAT? Does the contractor deposit VAT charged, to the Govt even if we are deducting WCT for the payment? What is the incidence of charging WCT (payment or credit or whatever is earlier) Kindly quote the material referred. Thank You
