hi friends

i ahve dought on labour costing in flux method.

in Flux method we have to consider all replaced employees plus all separted employees plus new recuirted for expansion

but in the suggested they didnt include new recurited employees

so now what to consider

Under flux method we take no. Of separation plus no. Of replacements noramally. If spl mention in question then we take no. Of accessions
