20 November 2010Our company is IndiaItaly ltd., an indo italian 50:50 jv.
Q is - if such JV (indiaitaly Ltd.) distributes dividend paying (CDT thereon) to india Ltd. and Italy Ltd.
and thereafter india ltd. distributes same dividend (received from indiaitaly ltd.) to its individual
shareholders then such dividend again chargeable to CDT or not ????.

Less: CDT on dividend received by India ltd -- xx
