Yes... Purchaser ll be buy Stamp Papers... Bcoz, He/She want the Strong evidence for Transfer
If the stamp expense is born by the seller, then he can deduct the same from the sale consideration of the property.
If the stamp expense is born by the purchaser, then the same will be included in the cost of purchase of the property.
If the stamp expense is born by the purchaser, then the same will be included in the cost of purchase of the property.
