Please help me out in finding a gud book for CA Final(OLD)- Accounts. do reply on urgent basis as i have my attempt in Nov'09 itself.
me n my other friends who have taken coaching from same person, are findind dat useless to a great extent. Please suggest a book covering the syllabus in an easy n comprehensive manner. May be just to cover the syllabus except AS.

U can have advanced accounting book from snowwhite publishers.
This book is written in a very easy and comprehensive way thatis meant for self study. I am sure that this book will proove helpful to u in grasping the concepts and in passing the exams.
As you dont have much time....
For Accounting Standard go for Rawat as it very comprehensive while for the practicles try for any classes notes where u can practise a lot or else go for Gupta.
