U should know atleast the following:
1.All Accounting Standard.
2.Standards on audit (imp one ).
3.Standards on Internal Audit (By Icai).
4.Key Features Proposed in Companies Bill,2012 (Find in Shared Files on CCI.
5.BESIDE U GO TO MY PROFILE AND IN THAT IN MY BOOKMARKS REFER TO VARIOUS FILES ON INTERVIEW TIPS AND ALSO SEE FOLLOWING ATTACHED FILE ON INTERVIEW TIPS BY ICAI.
