I am facing a problem in filling a PAN form. Actually, prasently i am not residing at the address given in my ID proof (ration Card, Licence) but i want to get my Pan card at my present adress which is deffer from what it is on ID proofs. so which address should I fill in "Residential Address" & which in " Official Address" in 49A.
PAN will be delivered only at the address registered with IT dept database..........it will good enough if u collect pan card from the concerned courier's office..........visit https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/StatusTrack.html and through your acknowledment no. check the courier through which the pan is sent

Dear Rupesh,
I just want to know that wether i can mention on 49A, a address differ from what is on my ID proof.
address which is written on licence and on ration card, write that in "residential coulmn" and
if you are working as employee than you can get a copy from your employer regarding your present address,
else go to nearly MLA/ MP / magistrate/ gageted office / notery public and get your present residential address with perfect pin code written on with duly sign by above mantion officers
and fill in "office coulmn" and tick on office coulmn. .

Keep remember one thing, you have to attached a residential proof for the address you want to get your pan card. In your case you haven't so, with you as you are living on a new address. So, for Pan card give your office address and attached employer letter or you can attach the rent receipt if you are paying rent of your home. otherwise you can do as suggested by vkbothra.

Hey mohit it is very simple. even i had faced this problem.u just write letter(change of Adress) mention old address and new address . And get attested from Gazetted officer in that letter and proof your are going to submit. you can use that letter and proof for applying PAN.........
For ID proof, any ID which has ur name and photo is required. Whatever address mentioned on this document is not relevant if u r attaching seperate proof for address.
For Address proof, attach the document in which ur name and address u want is mentioned. Write the address in residence and cut the office address column.
Clearly write the document which u r attaching for Identity proof and address proof in the last para of form 49A.
